Follow these step-by-step instructions to link your Kroger Plus card through the Kroger website or mobile app and start making a difference with your everyday shopping.
Website Instructions
1. Log in or create a digital account if necessary at Kroger.com.
- This can be done by selecting the profile icon in the top right of the Kroger website and then selecting “log in” or “create account”
- If creating an account, please follow the prompts
2. Once signed in, select “my account” from the drop-down menu at the top right
3. Select “community rewards” on the main menu
4. Search code “RQ500” or “Hendricks Regional Health Foundation” and the organization.
5. Earn money for your organization
- Any transactions moving forward using the Shopper’s Card number associated with your digital account will be applied to the program, at no added cost to you
- If you need to review or revisit your organization, you can always do so under your Account details
Mobile App Instructions
1. Open or download the Kroger app, available in all major online stores
2. Sign in and select “My Account” from the drop-down menu (three lines) at the top right
3. Under my info, select “Rewards”, then “Community Rewards”
4. Select “Search for Organization”
5. Search code “RQ500” or “Hendricks Regional Health Foundation” and the organization.
6. Earn money for your organization
