Dr. Novotny obtained her Medical Degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, and completed a Residency and Fellowship at IU School of Medicine. Dr. Novotny is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Indiana Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association, and Society for Simulation in Healthcare.
Michael Larew, DPT, obtained his BS degree in Exercise Science from Marian University, and received his DPT degree from the University of Indianapolis. He is certified in Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitation, as well as Blood Flow Restriction Therapy. Michael is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Brittany Conley, MSN, FNP-BC, obtained her BS degree at Indiana State University, and obtained her MS degree from Ball State University. She is licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and as a Registered Nurse. Brittany is certified in ACLS and BLS.
Susan Conner, NP, obtained her MS in Child and Family Development from the University of Georgia. She obtained her BSN from the Indiana University School of Nursing, and her MSN from Purdue University, majoring as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Susan is licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and as a Registered Nurse. She is certified in BLS, FMCSA, and as a Pediatric Chemotherapy and Biotherapy provider.
Laura Murray, FNP-C, obtained her BSN and RN degrees from Indiana State University, and her MSN and FNP degrees from Indiana State University. She is certified in BLS, CPR, and NRP, as well as FNP certified by the State of Indiana.
Danielle Jackson, PA-C, obtained her BS in Biology from Alma College, Alma, MI, and her MS degree from Sullivan University, Louisville, KY. She is certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Danielle is a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
